The profile:

Asha Memorial Trust, the nucleus of several institutions of higher education in the state has built up a track record of excellence under the visionary outlook and able guidance of young and enthusiastic educationist Rtn.J.B Padhi, who is also the founder-promoter of “KALINGA BHARATI RESIDENTIAL COLLEGE”.

KBRC is the only and is the first residential college of its kind in the whole of the state having its own spacious campus spreading over an area 10 acres. It basically modelled in the “Old Gurukula” concept with modern touch and orientation.

Institute Infrastructure:

KALINGA BHARATI RESIDENTIAL COLLEGE (KBRC) is located along the side of National Highway No. 16 in between Cuttack and Bhubaneswar in a spacious and severe surrounding with eco-friendly atmosphere. It is well equipped with state laboratories, high-teach computing centres with internet facilities, air-conditioned & spacious classrooms, conference halls and a gigantic library with a rich collection of text and reference books with attached reading room arrangement, separate and independent hostels for boys and girls with round the clock security and health care facilities. Plans are on the anvil to establish an indoor gymnasium, game centre and swimming pool and a mineral water plant.

The college has a fleet of vehicles of both small and big sizes for ferrying students, staffs and guest faculties round the clock as per needs and requirement. The campus has all arrangements for various types of indoor and outdoor games, large play ground for the physical and mental growth of students.
